The Merger Process

The process of merging the companies will be carried out in two stages to ensure continuity of services and access to the full range of products.

Stage 2: Transfer of the offer

In the second stage, Softland's offer will be transferred to the Boys of Toys warehouse, which will be carried out in batches. Until the full logistics process is completed, orders for the assortment waiting to be transferred will still be possible in Softland. The offer transfer stage begins immediately today and is estimated to end on January 12, 2025.
